About the Role:

The UX Designer II at Zeta supports creating user-centered design solutions, contributing to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. The designer works closely with cross-functional teams, applies user-centered design principles, and helps deliver intuitive and visually appealing interfaces under the guidance of senior designers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with design leadership throughout the design process from concept ideation to product release.
• Solve complex design problems by creating simple, intuitive solutions incorporating brand personality, visuals, motion, and sound.
• Utilize user research insights to inform design solutions and ensure alignment with user goals.
• Produce various design visualizations, including storyboards, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and vision pieces.
• Work closely with product managers, other designers, and engineers, iterating designs based on feedback.
• Advocate for design solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Demonstrate self-direction and initiative in managing design tasks and meeting project deadlines.

Key Technical Skills:

• UX Design, Visual Design, Wireframing, Prototyping, User-Centered Design, Storyboarding, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Communication Skills, Collaboration Skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B2C design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and animations.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and processes.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Lottie, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
• Experience working for US-based product organizations is a plus.
• Big-picture decision-making and effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Passion for creating engaging user experiences.
